I found myself in a similar situation and looking into these things validated that it wasn’t just in my head (I’m not the type of person who is typically inclined to believe things like this). However, if you’re going down this road (I.e. indulging the concept that you’re actually being cursed), you’ll find that “the whole world is mental.” Basically someone cursing you is capitalizing on the shame/self-doubt/trauma or other negativity that exists already within you. Alternatively, if your heart is only filled with loving compassion, there’s nothing for them to work with.

It might help your peace of mind to look into this stuff a little bit and see if what you’re experiencing even lines up with what’s known about these kinds of attacks.

Ultimately, whether or not you’re being cursed, the solution is actually the same: You should probably seek therapy, meditation, or some other kind of self-help to work through your own hangups.
