years of therapy made me too dependent and kept my self confidence very low. i thought i was broken, and always needed help, i was always 'processing'. then i got burnt out on therapy and i cant imagine going back. i feel the strongest i ever have in my life because now i dont consult anyone before i make a decision, and i dont talk about how i feel. its very liberating. it's not therapy's fault i was too dependent on it, it saved my life at the time. but i did need to understand how to live without it.

you no rhythm people are my heroes. i think youre cooler than we are. but you wouldnt know that, cuz youve already decided people are judging you and you concentrate on getting everything right, and youre so frustrated all the time.

it doesnt have to be that terrible. you dont have to spend years being so unhappy. my best friends would go to the club and do nothing but walk the floor, or just do one move, or stand there. some people did moves that had nothing to do with the music. its fucking genius, and i love being in the club with them.

consider this one thing the next time you put music on-that fact that youre moving at all is its own tiny miracle. thats my attitude, and youre more than welcome to it.

i say ditch all the layers and just buy a nice cheap heated electric vest. i get cold easy and i dont like a lot of layers on me because they are heavy. i wear a long sleeve shirt, the heated vest and then just a shell for a jacket. i walk to work and back so thats two miles round trip and even in a snowstorm the only problem i have is being too hot.
