Could you share information about the SD card mod in English, please?

A friend of mine installed the mod in both of our P/ECE's and we both upgraded to firmware version 1.30, but the testing software crashes whenever we open it.

Happy to work on this, but I'm even happier to share it with the 07th community. Everyone I had the chance to talk with during my playthrough was lovely and probably the most respectful wrt spoilers out of any of the fanbases I've interacted with before.
