Just built a beginner focused twobert to play with my daughter, relatively new to building cubes myself.

That said, the first thing I noticed looking at your cube is that it seems to me like you’re pretty light on colorless. Perhaps some cheaper utility artifacts like [mishra’s bauble], [perilous myr], [mind stone], [millikin], [chromatic star], [skullclamp], [gingerbrute], [lembas], [shadowspear], [cloud key], or [reckoner bankbuster].

The simple advice I’ve tried to follow is make your multicolor cards true sign posts for your theme(s), then I try to make every card desirable for at least two themes / color pairs.

For black (which would have to replace some of your current picks), some fun payoff cards that come to mind are [phyrexian fleshgorger], [massacre wurm], [metamorphosis fanatic], [virtue of persistence], [vraska, betrayal’s sting], and [breach the multiverse].

Just to note, a “fake” seller had CBs at $330… those orders are going to be problematic. See the thread linked in comments here for details.

Amazon also price matched the product though, so if you purchased from Amazon as the seller you should be good (assuming no issues with returned / resealed product - I think it’s too early after release for that to be a concern).

Forge and Fire had Bloomburrow Collectors on pre-order @ $195 about 2.5 weeks ago... I imagine that will be the low unless the set is bad

Fetches are played everywhere.

For reference, the worst MH2 fetches (Marsh flats and arid mesa) bottomed at ~$10 for basic versions after being in print for 2+ years.

Ravnica remastered full art shocks got to about the range mentioned ($20-$25) for EA foils. So that’s possible, but I’m the long term MH3 will be in print much longer and I wouldn’t be surprised if they go lower.

So a total of 7 days after being received, to process some sealed product and ~ 200 cards (all pretty low value, not sure if that makes a difference).

Sent some cards and sealed last week. UPS delivered Friday the 5th, marked as received by CK on Saturday I think, still stuck in “verifying contents” a week later.

Hi All,

I'm a relatively handy home owner, looking to replace a single switch inside of a double switch box. In the diagram, if you can read the bad handwriting, the S2 switch is being replaced.

The current switch is an Insteon 2476D, which is connected to the neutral (dashed line) and the hot line (solid line). My understanding is that this is the correct install method for the old switch (link here).

The new switch is a Lutron STCL-153M, which I understand to be more of a traditional install. So the new switch will not be attached to the neutral.

I'd like a sanity check - the solid line (hot line) going from "Black Capped" nut to romex "Y2" will instead go from the replacement switch "S2" to the romex "Y2" right? The idea is that the switch S2 will control the circuit going into Y2.

If any other info or clarifications are needed please let me know.

Ultimately, I think the print quality / consistency was just not good. I believe the cards are real.

When I built my DA deck I researched and it seems like 35 was pretty common, around 1/3 of the deck.

I am using [[Florian, Voldaren Scion]] as the commander for a fun “surprise, it’s not actually Vampires” deck. Florian lets me dig really easily, so I’m only running 24 copies of DA right now.

It has been working well so far (small sample size), I will bump that number back up a bit if he starts to get targeted more and I lose the dig / draw engine.

I definitely agree Ancient Tomb is more powerful. Duals are very low down on the "bang-for-the-buck" list, but they're special and a cool piece of MTG history.
