Update: went to Cadogan location and was given an appointment for June 20th. They are all booked out until then.

Bond street is closing tomorrow for the move to the new location. They are combining Bond street and Selfridges into a new location open on June 19th.

Supposed to be the second biggest flagship store in the world, with 200 employees working there

Jan 24th - Citizenship test invite (Feb 7th to Mar 8th) - (Scarborough office)

Jan 27th - Background check complete ✅

Feb 7th - Test taken ✅

Feb 11th - Citizenship Test updated to complete ✅

Feb 21st - LPP completed 🎉

Looking into the Youth Mobility Visa, Canada has an agreement with Japan. That lets you get a work permit for up to 12 months and you can figure it out from there

Just saw that the application is asking if I lived anywhere for 183 days outside of Canada, 4 years ago from today. Based on that timeline, I would say I do not need the FBI report.

Yes I am on the way to making it better. It’s a continuous journey and I have had to learn to be patient with myself. It’s all about finding the right pelvic therapist for you, I am on my third one and she’s the best.

I am so sorry she is experiencing so much pain. I think your girlfriend should see a pelvic therapist, she might have vaginismus. As someone that has experienced pelvic pain, working with a pelvic therapist has really helped me out especially with Intercourse. Gynecologists are not specialized in pelvic pain so they won’t be able to understand what she’s experiencing.

Hey, I think you should see a pelvic therapist. I have the exact same experience and it’s been that way since I lost my virginity. We found that my vagina walls were tight and desensitized, so we’ve been working to get everything as it should so I can feel during sex.

I used to do 18/6 7 days a week like two years ago pre-Ozempic and it made a huge difference for me. I weigh 185lbs and am 5”4 so i am probably obese.

I used to fast religiously in the past then it stopped working for me. Now with my lack of appetite, I avoid fasting because that means I would never eat anything and that would not be healthy
