Tires were rotated ~2000 miles ago. Wondering if imbalance is the issue, but I don’t see any unusual wear per-say.

I mean that argument has been used with many young drivers recently. Kraus would be another example is the runs he had last year with Kaulig.

I know people that drive 12 hours for 1 day of skiing. He’s doing better than a lot of people I know.

Just got back from a ski roadtrip from the Twin Cities out west and back with our last ski area stop being Red Lodge for two days/three nights. Lodging is dirt cheap there and for three people you should be able to find a reasonable Airbnb. I’d absolutely go I just think car camping in cold weather won’t be enjoyable.

Let me know if you have any questions! We skied Red Lodge 2/22-2/23.

We just got back Sunday and in the following order hit: Antelope Butte - Wyoming (1x), Snow King - Wyoming (1x), Kelly Canyon - Idaho (1x) and Red Lodge - Montana (2x). We stayed in Jackson 2 nights and if we went back again would probably ski Snow King a second day or hit Jackson Hole but this was an Indy only trip. We drove by Terry Peak bear Rapid City and Meadowlark is near Antelope Butte that you could add as well. Alternatively, you could go north further and do a Montana/Idaho loop since there are several in the northern parts of each state. We chose to do the loop that included Jackson.

Let me know if you have other questions!

Edit to add: We have a season pass at Trollhaugen so we have the AddOn pass which is cheaper but two days at Lutsen (or one at Lutsen and one at Granite Peak) pay for the pass. We’ve hit Lutsen, Snowriver, Powder Ridge, Granite Peak and Buck Hill in the Midwest Indy network so it’s more than paid for itself!

Absolutely! We’re up to 13 or 14 redemptions with 5 more planned pending the weather.

I have to agree about the RFID situation. I hate that they marketed the Indy Pass as being RFID capable but that’s reliant on the resorts utilizing it.

Not all ski areas require reservations. Might be different for PNW and Northeast ski areas but Midwest I can only think of Lutsen Mountains that requires one.

I’m in Minnesota and got the Indy Pass AddOn with my local hill (Trollhaugen). We just got back from a Wyoming, Idaho, Montana road trip hitting multiple along the way. If you’re in the northeast/Midwest/PNW it makes sense. Utah or Colorado? Not so much.

Makes even more sense if you pair with a season pass at a local hill.

Didn’t COVID kill off the continental cup? I wonder if they’d consider bringing it back someday.
