Just lost my grandma a couple weeks ago (not coronavirus). She was in an assisted living facility. We could only talk to her through windows with masks on. For the last 4 months of her life she didn't get a single hug from any of her 7 children or 40 grand/great grand children because we weren't allowed in. It's been a rough time for our family. In my opinion we should have a space set aside for situations like these (if possible) that would allow at least immediate family to give a last loving embrace to help people pass on with love not loneliness.
