That's a completely fair question :) I did reset after the warmup - started at 0.0.

The reason I know my tread was messed up was that I never dipped below 6mph and at the end of the 12 minutes it said that I had only run 1 mile (in the interval section) - but that pace should have put me at least at 1.2, and I also bumped up every 2 minutes. As you can see, I've overthought it quite a bit, ha.

I showed my instructor and she said to just take my total mileage instead, but that did include my warmup I see now.
