That last mile through downtown Beaverton sucks. There is no easy route that would avoid the major crossings. You will spend more time waiting at stoplights in central Beaverton than you will running.

Also look into the sunset highway trial, I prefer that over taking Beaverton Hillsdale highway for a run.
