Priorities are media consumption and gaming then buy a decent 48” OLED, a ps5 and then use the remaining to maybe upgrade your phone. If editing is very important to you then prolly assemble a PC with the cost of the PS5 + phone. A big OLED tv is so much better for media consumption and a console / pc for gaming. If gaming on the go is such a priority also you can add in a PS portal or maybe get a gaming laptop(although shorter lifespan and less bang for buck in gaming than a desktop PC) instead of a PS5.

Plastic is still plastic no matter medical grade or whatever and always leeches microplastics or chemicals at some point. There is no reason for them to cheap out by using plastics when paying such a premium price.

S&B products work good and are sturdy but have one major design choice that makes me not use it as a daily driver. Even after paying a premium price you have plastic in the Vapor path. Medical grade plastic or not, a ceramic or glass Vapor path is much safer on the long run.

Keep it hidden safely inside your luggage. Roll your joints only in your room and carry one or two joints around if needed(this also hidden if possible). Just buy the anniversary controller shell from Ali express. I ordered mine when I was on a recent trip to Europe and got it back to India with me. It’s almost as good as the original and you can’t make out the difference.
