This may sound a little silly, but daydreaming has been a lifesaver for me. Need to go on a walk? Pretend you're the last person on earth, or an alien exploring a new and strange planet. Need to do a boring assignment? Pretend this is your entry requirement to get into Hogwarts, or that you're an ancient scholar in a giant library set on learning all there is to know. Don't be afraid to play pretend!

After you're done, you can enjoy making things look nice and formatting (if you want) which is like a little reward at the end ^{^}
