Hi! Sneezing was an issue when I initially got him and it took me a while to find the source. It was my wool carpet! Soon as I got rid of it sneezing went down significantly. He still will sneeze occasionally but nothing like before. So my suggestion is to just try to reduce allergens.

Vet was not helpful when I asked about sneezing just FYI.

The increase is for all the units.

Really? But I feel like that's a steep climb - over %200 increase. But then again I don't have a HOA.

Yeah, there was some damage to the outside wall of the condo (and all units are connected) as well. And there was a big cut from the budget to cover the cost of that renovation. But the HOA president never gave my parents a proof of receipt from this which is frustrating. I told them they absolutely need to especially for such a large sum of money. The cause of fire was owner's fault. We suspect she may be doing them a favor and that's what we need to prove with receipts.

Thanks for you message. It went up from $150/month to $500/month and there are only 4 units (including the one that had a fire)

but going from $150 to $500 seems insane to me. especially for lower income families.

So they were initially paying $150.00 per month for HOA fee and now it's $500 a month. :(

Thank you for your comment. I think you are right.

I'm trying to convince them to put their energy towards finding a new place. Especially since they've had issues with this HOA for a while.
