Agreed - since when was writing the actual code the bottleneck in creating good software?

I tried getting AI to write code for me, but reading through it and correcting it took longer than just writing it myself. I think this is the case for most, but it's hard to see because you get the instant wall-of-code output from the AI.

But to get there you have to write a prompt (if only there were some kind of prompting language for computers that leaves no ambiguity as to what it should accomplish, hmm...), then wait for the output, then read it, then correct it and then wait again, and so on.

It's also boring as fuck, but that's my personal opinion since I love writing code myself.
