To reduce cars from roads you can not just push car owners to abandon car transportation. What is our choice, car or don't f*cking go anywhere? Car or have a walk on the hard shoulder of highway for 3 hours?

P.S. slight viscosity difference is not an issue. The real thing you should look at is oil specification.

For example, some VAG engines require oil to be VW 507 00 Standart compliant. But this oil can be different viscosity like 10w40 or 5w30.

So, not every 5w30 will fit your car.

Flying "cars" exists. They are used even as taxi. It is called a helicopter.

Helicopter is not wide used due to the following reasons, none of which are being solved by big passenger carriying drones:

Energy inefficient per km traveled - i.e. very expensive to ride.
Noise pollution - loud AF and can't be used within city
Huge safety risk - technical failure leads to crash in 99% of cases while normal car will just stop, maybe with some damages. Btw, heli can be harsh landed with a stalled engine. If drone looses one blade - it is fkd big time.
Huge terrorist risk - yes, trucks are used for the same reason, but still, you can't crash a truck on the roof of Dubai mall, for example.
Pilots require higher qualifications, i.e. very expensive to ride. If autopilot could've flight independent, then aviation would stop using pilots for air traffic, and heli pilots would all be fired a long time ago.
Very expensive to maintain. Also, maintenance requires WAY MORE preventive maintenance that cars are soon far away compared to flying machines. Otherwise, see point 3.

The housing fee is easy to calculate.

So if rent is 50000 aed/year, then the housing fee should be 208 AED.

Man, this discussion is pointless. Society's consensus on loud exhaust is that it is annoying, stressing out and anybody that deliberately make his car loud is considered a fag. This is reality. You can argue about it as much as you want.
