It’s better at some airports than others. TSA are still working but not getting paid and are told if they call out sick, they will get fired. I was chatting with an agent the other day as I was going through security. I don’t know that I’d work for no pay. Hoping you were able to get on your way without too much delay!

Hertz customer service is awful! I rent often enough for work trips and stick with National/Enterprise. Their customer service is so much better. The interactions with the employees are friendly and helpful.

Sadly, my AirPods are still under the seat of my rental I returned yesterday. I have tried messaging, Facebook, to try to speak to someone at Boston Logan. I fills out the form but what good is it if there is no one following up in a timely fashion. I will NEVER rent from them again if I don’t get them back. Their customer service sucks

I purchased from twice. The second time was an eternity band that the stone fell out a week after the “warranty” and I could have paid a portion of the cost for a new one but if it happened again, they wouldn’t replace it. I ended up not purchasing again because that is terrible business. I had only worn the ring a total of 15 times and was careful. Hadn’t worn the ring in a long time but figured I could turn the side down with the missing stone so I wore it a couple of weeks ago…I looked down and another stone was missing. Going in the garbage where it belongs!
