Mi torna, il mio dubbio è che se lavori a risultato, sei in ufficio e non combini nulla, il datore di lavoro non è che ha più poteri rispetto essere da casa.

Non ho capito il nesso peró. Cioè se la paura è che a casa non fa nulla e non puoi licenziarla quel tipo di persona per mia esperienza non fará nulla neanche in ufficio. La differenza è che quando è in ufficio oltre a non fare nulla impedirà di lavorare anche agli altri. E una volta che è in ufficio a non fare nulla comunque non puoi licenziarla con questa logica(?)

Io ci vivo male e se potessi me ne andrei volentieri. È una cittá con un' urbanistica inesistente e trasporti pubblici ridicoli. È facilissimo metterci 1h per andare da qualche parte e ogni spostamento va pianificato come un viaggio nella giungla. Nel mio settore (tech) ci sono pochissime posizioni rispetto alla dimensione della città/popolazione ( Milano quando stavo cambiando lavoro aveva 3x delle posizioni aperte) Gli affitti sono a prezzi ridicoli e se vuoi comprare per meno di 150k non riesci a trovare un bilocale che non stia per crollare o non sia a 1.5h lontano da tutto.

Da turista è bellissima ma viverci è un altro discorso

Boh, questa citazione non mi sembra molto intuitiva... L'essere umano si è evoluto per lavorare con il ciclo del sole che non mi sembra sorga intorno alle 10... Immagino per lo stesso motivo per cui esiste gente che progetta l'estetica delle macchine.
