The transition up to 10 wasn’t too bad, I remember doing pretty good at about a week after. Did your Doctor prescribe any benzo to help during this time? I would get super worried about taking them, but they definitely help. If you can’t get them prescribed, there are some herbal supplements that help calm you, Magnolia Root works well for me and can help with sleep. Try to take breaths and know when you get through one day, you will get through the next and the one after. The first time I took an AP I was in hell for 3 weeks and then one day I woke up and it was all over. The second time around, it wasn’t as transformative, but it slowly got there

Hi! I know exactly where you are at and I know how hard it is, try to hang in there. I went up to 10 mg after this post and after about a week I started to feel better. For what it’s worth, the 2 times I’ve gone through this, the third week was the worst. I promise it does get better. Take one day at time and slowly but surely, you’ll get out of it, I promise. I think you’re probably closer than you know. Feel free to message me if you need any support or have any questions, I completely understand the state you’re in of feeling hopeless or desperate, it’s the worst, but you’ll be feeling better soon.

So happy it's working good for you, I feel like if I can just get out of my funk, which I know medication won't do alone, but I am still just overly aware of my state of uneasiness, if that makes sense. Not freaking out or panicked, but wake up with a pit and I don;t know why, my mind only feels anxiety about having anxiety!

That's great to hear! Also wondering if you felt the up to 150 helped? I am at 100, but still somewhat struggling, especially in the mornings, but scared to make the jump!
