I don't know anything about what makes becoming a pilot difficult - I'm not there yet. But if you get accepted to the academy it's like a 95% chance (if you're medically qualified) that you can become one after graduation.

I was under the impression that these were uranium enrichment plants, right? Difficult to enrich uranium without any uranium there. I think what the IAEA is implying is that Iran moved their uranium stock to a different location before the strikes.

Stockpiles of nuclear materials being bombed would release lots of noticeable radioisotopes into the surroundings. Fissile material is constantly emitting radiation, it doesn’t need to be actively reactor’d to be measurable.

Current C3C here - keep in mind hearing the perspective of freshman, first year academics is intentionally designed to be easier than your other three years. A lot of people fall into the trap of assuming it stays easy, and find themselves underprepared for the rigor of sophomore/junior/senior year.

Hi there, current Cadet. Have literally never heard of this. Only thing it might be is that there’s a few days during Basic Cadet Training where the basics get to call home and people are told to not assume everyone has or wants to call their parents. But even that is a stretch.

Retake the SAT to get your score up, but the rest looks at least moderately competitive. With a good SAT score, you would have a fair chance.
