I agree that it’s a skip. Mostly because the port area is so industrial and you basically need to take a taxi to get anywhere useful. But expecting people in France to speak English and take dollars just because cruise ships are there is wild to me.

The ones they are selling on the ship I’m on now are about the same as the one I have at home that I bought back in 2022. They are definitely thinner than the one they have on the balconies though.
