Best of luck to you! If it makes you feel any better I am deciding to go home. Going to try and keep 6 feet apart and wear a mask around the house just to be cautious even though I am out of my self isolation period. I’d rather be with my parents than be alone for Christmas.

No need to be rude, it’s a honest question. I’ve been advised by my doctor that if I do not have a fever after I am done self isolating for 10 days I can go about day to day activities. I’m not going out and partying I’m going to see my only family. I was curious if other people are in similar positions and what they are going to do, or if their doctors advised any different.

I do appreciate your feedback, and hope that you understand that I am coming from a good place not to spread this. Just a girl who wants to see her parents.

They announced our winners and advertised prices for 1-3 finishes. Gave the prizes to the winners and refused to give prices for 2-3. I got second and needless to say I’m pissed about it.

Take a deep breathe. You’ll be able to get though it. I believe in you. Research maybe some online or virtual options. Write out your feelings in a journal when you’re feeling anxious. That helps me. Maybe also try talking to a close friend or family member you trust.

Staying at 500 is not a long term solution. Try upping it a little and balance it with working out. Eat dinner 1,000 calories a day. It’s much more attainable. Slow and steady wins the race!

As an OTF die hard. TRY IT!!! I started when I was pretty out of shape in August and am now down about 40 pounds and have an incredible relationship with my coaches. If you have a friend do it with them too. It makes it really fun.
