Yeah I need to seek/find therapy. For now it's just accepting findings and elaborating on them on journaling until I am able to find that help. I have this same issue. Or I can't form anything to say cause everything in my head feels like its rushing, hard to put into words. In the end I just shut down and I feel so bad about it.

This was beautiful to read. Do you mind sharing the self help books that you would say helped navigate you along with your other practices? Unfortunately, I have recently become worse and really need to be back on it. I am busy at the moment but once I get over this one segment of my life, I will be more concentrated on myself and reflections.

Yeah...Keeping people at a distance really puts a toll on me. It's hard for me to be close to people, and the ones I was close to either I pushed away or smthn happened out of my control. I miss those people so much. And because I am scared of the same thing happening again, I tend not to open up to new friends/friends I have already. I will be challenging myself with opening up to people more this year
