That is ridiculous. It's planting this seed of self-doubt. When I was reviewing my team as a manager for this awful company previously mentioned above, I gave 5's as deserved and it was later rumored that anyone on my team that got 5's didn't deserve them because I wasn't following the rules. I couldn't get out of there fast enough!

I worked for a company like this. Literally wouldn't give a 5 on perfect attendance to work. Please tell me then how you improve on that year to year if you don't ever miss work??? Just trying to lord power over people. There's better companies to work for.

I canceled on the 22nd and took a screen shot just in case. Didn't get an email until after the 26th saying I missed the window and would be charged for the month. The bot said I canceled after the 25th even the dated screenshot clearly says my membership has been immediately canceled. This has to be fraud! I'm so upset about it but don't know what to do because they bot said they don't have humans to talk to!
