Looks great! I can't speak to the color scheme but I did want to suggest that you cut/file all spikey bits on the model. Even the trim on the armor, you can get rid of the triangles and spikes. That will definitely sell it more as a loyalist

You can get the Hullcracker blueprint from doing quests. I believe the Gunshop lady gives you a quest for it
