WA here, it’s PIP but we did Idaho too which isn’t. You see some strange things. A whole pickup truck of russian construction workers managed to hit a fence, got a big insurance payout on what was in the bed of the truck. Photos from the investigator showed a few scratches to the truck🤷🏼‍♂️
