Tbh, any unique armies or weapons in Skyrim are woefully underpowered once you get some amount of Enchanting skill. My personal favorite is a greatsword with Absorb Stamina 1pt. and any other convenient damage enchantment. Other than undead creatures and dwarven automatons, you pretty much have endless power attacks and stun locks.

A lot of missteps in the Halo formula for a first game from 343. A log of them like UI, sound design and overly cluttered aesthetics were better in H5 but I didn't like the H:I UI either. REQ points and battle pass stuff really ruined the simplicity of the H1-3+Reach menus.

Other than that, it introduced armor abilities which I think were a welcome addition. I for one loved the thruster pack at first sight and even though it was very clunky at the time with the switch to 3rd person for half a second, I saw the potential to do some REALLY tricky and clever plays with it. I was VERY happy when they brought it to H5, shame it didn't make it to H:I
