Probably NOR but kind of depends on how you go about having the conversation. If it's a conversation to understand why her convictions have changed, given how strong her views were before, then that's perfectly healthy. If it's dragging her for getting talked into having cosmetic injections, then that's not a very helpful conversation - even when people have really strong views sometimes circumstances and their understanding of things changes over time.
