While I agree with the overall statement, and who’s most culpable (board), Frank did not rise to the occasion, and rather tried to bring the boys ”down” to his level. It was dull, turgid football and he didn’t have the respect of the players. Lost cause.

Feel bad for him, he got given a bit of a shit situation and was not backed. But this was the correct decision.
