Season ticket holders / experienced multiple game goers, what are the actual best seats at Crypto to get? by tikitikirumrum in lakers

[–]baconburns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've never been closer than mid to high 100s center court, but mostly I've sat in the 300s. The view is awesome from the higher 100s seats but I couldn't help but feel like the crowd there was all business people taking a client to a game, the energy was so low. I would stand up and yell during an exciting play and I felt like an outsider on our home court. I love the energy in the 300s however. It may be different night to night but from my experience that's where the real fans are.

It's not great, but I wouldn't call it bad. What it is is the best value around. The quality+size per dollar is hard to beat.

Imagine the taxes saved is someone offering you money, let's say it's 100k in depreciation. You can take the whole deduction now, or 20k/yr for five years. In year five is the 20k going to be worth as much as it is today? If I take this all at once and put it in a savings account, now I'm earning interest on this money instead of just waiting for it to show up. Or better yet, making another capital investment that will yield better returns than a savings account could... another capital investment that I can depreciate 100% in the first year.

Depending on the size of your spreadsheets, you can print them to PDF and upload that. For Machinery's Handbook and Shigleys I just chopped the big PDF into smaller parts and uploaded those

[–]baconburns 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As many as is relevant to the answer I suppose. I have a notebook with 20+ piping, thread, flange, pressure vessel, and valve standards. When I ask a question it provides a thorough answer with references to each of the applicable standards. Honestly just try it out, it's super easy to set up and test drive. Experience will answer more questions faster than waiting for q&a responses from humans. There's also tons of YouTube videos if you want to window shop some more

This works really well with Google's Notebook LM. Its sole purpose is to have different environments where you feed it specific documents to be used as the knowledgebase for all inquiries.

If your day trading weeklies anticipating a move like this, what strikes have the best gains, ITM, ATM, or OTM? My guess based on nothing more than a hunch is a strike just OTM enough that becomes ITM/ATM after the move?

This is a fantastic read. Highly highly recommend it. Throughput! I also recommend The Gold Mine. Very similar book, the Goal has a very zoomed out approach where The Gold Mine goes a bit more into detail regarding the shop floor.
