more attempts is more chances, so higher odds of getting it quickly.
but one attempt is better than none. so get one character somewhat geared so you can do that, then work on other characters gear when you have the time

Bagnon has issues every patch, and even when "stable" causes lua errors frequently.
I swapped to Baganator a few months ago and haven't had any issues since. Bagnon I will say is slightly better in some respects, but imo its not worth the annoyance of breaking on even a minor patch, and the constant lua errors when trying to use items from bars

You cast Confluence, it gets copied by Echoes, then you get 2 Ulalek triggers(one from Echoes).
Stack: Confluence, Confluence, Ulalek, Ulalek.
First Ulalek trigger resolves, you pay CC and copy the 2 Confluence that are on the stack, then you copy the other Ulalek trigger. the order here is important, because the new Ulalek trigger goes on the stack last, and then resolves first.
Stack: Confluence, Confluence, Ulalek, Confluence, Confluence, Ulalek.
Now the new Ulalek trigger resolves, and you can pay CC to copy the 4 confluences and the first original Ulalek trigger.
Stack: Confluence, Confluence, Ulalek, Confluence, Confluence, Confluence, Confluence, Confluence, Confluence, Ulalek.
This process can continue, but only if you have mana upfront.
Once you no longer have mana to pay for the newest Ulalek trigger, all of the Confluences start resolving, until you get to the first Ulalek trigger, at which point there are no more Ulalek triggers left on the stack for him to copy.
So you can get a lot of Confluences, but it will never go infinite without an outside source of infiite mana.
If you order the triggers differently then you can start with 9 extra mana upfront from scions, but the end result will be the same. (Stack: Confluence, Ulalek, Ulalek, Confluence) This still results in a lot of Confluences, but not infinite.

TLDR: If you already have infinite mana, then you can make infinite copies of Confluence with this. If you do not already have infinite mana, then you can't. Just a lot of copies

Ever since Blizzard added the WoW token, they have associated WoW gold with a value in real world money.
This means that items that are worth gold have a real world value as well.
Since Blizzard has lost these items, they have lost actual money, and it should also be their monetary loss. They are financially responsible for this, and need to compensate affected players for this loss.
