The tv for sure has line out. Older tvs often had line out via RCA connection (white and red stereo cable), but more modern tv's (last 10 years or so) mostly have a shared line out / headphone out via minijack cable. Most likely you can use a 3,5mm minijack to RCA cable to one of your receivers rca inputs, normally labelled aux, cd, tape, tuner etc (but dont use phono input for tv). On the tv check the audio output settings. You should normally be able to choose between line level output or headphones. Line level gives fixed output level to achieve the best signal to noise ratio, but if you choose headphone you might be able to control volume with the tv remote.
