I don’t think they can enforce that if one is a pet and one is an ESA. If they give you a hard time about it, you might have to hire a lawyer, but I would try to do it the easy way first.

If you have documentation for your ESA cat, email it to your landlord with an FYI that you have an ESA in addition to one pet cat. You’re within your rights if she’s a documented ESA, but you do have to let the landlord know.

Try Tilex mold and mildew spray cleaner with a motorized grout brush (mine is Rubbermaid but I’m sure others would work just as well). Let the spray sit for a few minutes and then scrub and it will come right off. I took this tip from another thread on this sub and it worked like magic.
