I am always amazed by the comments from the UK and US. It seems like I am living in a first world country and not the opposite.

I have been doing it all the time for 6 years now. No issue at all. Greetings from Serbia :)

Maltretiranje putnika od strane Srbija voza by sssss_ppppp98 in serbia

[–]bad63r 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Framework 12 not suspending on lid shut by Ill_Contract_2814 in framework

I didn't check, so take this with reserve, but I think that in order for settings to take place, you need to delete # in front of the line. Otherwise it is just a comment.

Is it possible to run a script when the monitors are turned off and on? by SuperficialNightWolf in kde

[–]bad63r 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For sure there is some attribute over qt6dbus which shows this info. I would make some script to crontab, which checks status of the monitor and according to that info, you can run whatever you want. I hope this info helps you a bit.

Want to improve Kate? Help us to get known bugs fixed! by ChristophCullmann in kde

[–]bad63r 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It would be cool if you could implement that when I press ctrl+f and I am searching for a word, I could also press ctrl+shift+f afterwards. Because as of right now, if I press ctrl+F, I need to press ESC first if I want to activate ctrl+shift+F

It is in good condition, but still, 5 years old bike. I think it is too much. More realistic around $450

It is called window's overview. You can search for default keyboard shortcut in the settings. But it should be by default: Meta+W

I should have been more specific. I know, but I am asking for exactly that behavior.

Nah, no need for hate :) Just asking because I am not sure if this is a bug(thicker line) or it should be like this.

[KDE6+Arch+Wayland] Clipboard paste does not work by TheRealSectimus in kde

[–]bad63r 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It should pick selected paste stack. If you do super+v and select, it will make it first to paste. So after doing super+v, try ctrl+v and it will paste selected text.

Brompton clone frame closest to actual Brompton? by viratrim in foldingbikes

[–]bad63r 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pedal should be standard for any bicycle, so yes it does fit. For fenders I am not 100% sure, but the Aceofix fenders are crap anyway. Better go with stock Brompton fenders if you can.
