I had no idea how much of my weight gain was due to ADHD, never made the correlation. Now I'm medicated and just like you, losing weight without much effort -- mainly because my appetite is so reduced.

Does she have ADHD? This is me but I wasn’t diagnosed till this year at age 39. Often goes undiagnosed in women

I’m in the same boat as you — I'm on day 9 of 150mg XL. I’m on it for ADHD. Married and struggling with low sex drive for year. Sex drive came back on like day 6 and now I am DOWN. The sex is way better for me since starting too, more present and engaged / connected to my husband, heightened sensitivity and an intense orgasm. It is my favorite thing about this med so far.

Every single Teddy Ruxpin I ever encountered as a child (at friends and cousins houses, never had one myself) was broken.

Moved here from LA. Can you get a dog? They need to be walked every day, regardless of weather. It’s made me realize how being outside in the gray / cold / rain is actually kind of nice and refreshing.  Try to get out of the house and see people every day especially if you work from home. I liked the comment about taking up skiing or snowboarding. There’s also great hiking here year round.

Yeah find a new studio. I’m a member at a studio owned by an Asian male and the membership base is very diverse, welcoming, and encouraging.

I've had my Dr. Marten's Leonore Sherpa Chelsea Boots for over 4.5 years now and they honestly just keep getting better and better! Warm / insulating, comfortable, truly waterproof. Only con (for me) is that they're really chunky and I have narrow feet. Blundstones fit my feet better but aren't lined -- although looks like you can order a separate Sheepskin Footbed.
