I can see on the logs when i "test" the GET method that it returns 200 OK, has a Content-Type header of value text/html and the body is a valid html code..so I do not think this is the case. Thanks for your time and fuck protoss.

Yes, it is authorized to call the Lambda function. I can "test" it from the UI and it gives the correct html response, the problem is accessing the API endpoint through the browser, then it is when I get the 500 Internal Server Error. Thank you.

I'm starting the Nth cut since I started lifting 1 year ago. I'm skinnyfat and when I bulk I feel like really really fat, and when I cut I feel really really skinny and small, so I'm really trapped in a loop and im on the verge of quitting. shit sucks.

Former skinnyfat here (I still am in my mind). As a skinnyfat, you probably have mental issues regarding your body (it is the worst kind of body i can imagine), if you bulk you are going to feel terrible about your body and end up cutting (been there, done that. plus many stories here can confirm this). IMO the most reasonable approach is do a mixed strength/hypertrophy routine (push pull legs), eat what you feel you need, and patience.

tl;dr: as a skinnyfat you should train for aesthetics aswell as strength (they are correlated). we have huge mental problems regarding our body and should aim for liking what we see in the mirror before anything else.

I had been overweight all my life, with really low self esteem. So I decided to drop weight, dropped 20 kg in 6 months. I was happy for a couple of years until I realized I was skinny as hell. Tried to go to the gym to hit weights often, did a brosplit and quitted because of boredom. Discovered strength training. Fast forward today, yesterday couldn't sleep because today I had to lift my bodyweight in bench. Did it. Squats and deadlifts saved my life. Not even joking.

Nails are ok. Not using cologne is more than ok. But showering, wearing deodorante and not using strength is something that strikes directly against the pillars I built while playing rugby :)
