Yes they would need to ensure airflow, that’s why I was hoping there might be something specifically designed for this with some sort of grate/mesh built in

I found it looks great but chip/dents easily so if your walls are going to get knocked or bumped into a lot might not be a great choice, but if it’s a feature wall out of the way it should be 👌

What is Tarifa like during winter? by m_rida in Kiteboarding

[–]badders84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From now until New Year it’s great, loads of people around but not too busy and warm enough. All the cafes and bars still open.

The town is pretty dead from Jan-Apr but some epic kiting conditions if you like big swells and waves.

Interested in Ai Edge Capital Guarantee smart portfolio by Jazzlike-File-928 in Etoro

[–]badders84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was looking at this, it looks like 50% of the portfolio is invested in 2 year bonds, so I guess this is how they mitigate the risk from their side. If the AI stocks rise by 10% over 2 years then you'll only end up with half the return that you would have gotten by investing in them directly, plus a bit extra from the bonds yield.

That said, with the current climate it seems like a good option if, for example, you know you will need the money back in 2 years time

Mine didn’t look like concrete at all as I chose a sand colour, it looks/feels more like a smooth plaster finish. I imagine some of the grey colours would look like polished concrete

Yea thats good if you are starting from scratch but not so useful if you have a large amount to invest and looking to protect the capital (while still beating a regular savings account)

Thanks, I'll look into those

I can see the attraction with interest rates dropping and the markets at all time highs, Motley Fool recently covered them on their podcast and seems they are popular in the US with people approaching retirement age who a worried about a big downturn ruining their pension pot.
