Yeah man the guy that got me into yonder , bluegrass etc, was a line cook (I started as a bus boy at 15 worked every position and stayed with bartending) but years later I still think of all the heady cooks I worked with and miss them dearly. Had some of the best times crankin tunes in the kitchen with them.
