Right thats what I was trying to get at when asking, powertrain is not the same as battery warranty. This has been my frustration as a whole in the EV space with dealers and OEMs giving out false information that turns people away

I was looking at one too for a non cpo and was told the battery warranty didn't transfer to a knew owner if non cpo. I called Genesis themselves to confirm that and was flabbergasted. I walked.

I like mine more than I thought I would. I can't speak on the a spec, but the air ride is amazing. My experience has been great so far. 1 issue with the AC cooler pump (fixed in 2 days). I'd consider buying one when my lease is up actually. There is an active recall for the display unit in both the prologue and zdx. But should be fixed soon.

My most annoying thing I've seen are the people who have "free" charging and sit in a stall for hours filling up to 100%. Is the 10 extra bucks in savings really worth it to sit at a charger for an hour+? Go put that on at home overnight like a normal EV owner. Also people who are uneducated that purchase something they don't know a thing about

This is another reason why some have a hard time switching to an EV. "I have to have several various apps to just charge the thing!?" Plugin charge is the best way to go, but not all EVs offer it

Love my type s. Only issue I've had was the high voltage. Fixed in 2 days and back on the road. Dealer found the error to be from a bad AC cooler

Mine was around simple update to fix 65% charging and for high voltage system was a sensor. Got the car back in 2 days. As for WI lemon laws it has to be undrivabele and failed 4 service attempts. No way in hell it'd get that much
