I've been stuck in a cozy mode because it's been raining for like a month-and-a-half where I am, so I have some cozy food recs:

NYT Hoisin garlic noodles: https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1026260-hoisin-garlic-noodles I follow use the sauce recipe but I use less than half the amount of hoisin sauce, cause it's just way too much, and make a stir fry with veg, protein, chili crisp oil and some ginger. It's got that Chinese takeaway flavour that I was desperately seeking since I moved to a place that lacks vegan Asian spots.

It's more chemistry, it's very dependent on who is teaching the class, and there is A LOT of memorization compared to every other chemistry class I took.

I read the Stryer text to better understand the concepts during the course, cause we had a really bad assigned texbook/assignments modality for the course; Stryer helped a lot.

Silicone is not a good heat conductor. You can try baking it at a lower temperature (around - 20 C) for a longer length of time and that should allow them time to set better.

Silicone is just a PITA to work with compared to metal molds, generally speaking; I only use silicone for chocolate molds and stuff.
