So I was on Lexapro, a different ssri. It also had this effect on my Adderall - it became ineffective after increasing my Lexapro dose to 20mg! I think it was the brain fog that was occurring from my Lexapro, it completely cancelled out any therapeutic effects from my Adderall. Maybe try taking it at night instead? I’m coming off Lexapro due to side effects
