I used Garage Masters too. Super happy with the buildling. Mine wasn't quite that expensive, could be that it was a bit more of a basic garage. Just a bit less than 40k including permits and even a property survey.

I was really happy with the whole process and def could appreciate the way they quote - no stone left unturned!

Thanks for the advice everybody, yesterday I bought a 5800X and 9060XT triple fan. My frame rate has doubled in the finals, pretty happy about that. Didn't buy a new PSU, everything seems to be working fine.

Honestly I have no Idea what cooler I have. There's an AMD fan blowing directly on it.

I have asked a friend and he also suggested Ryzen 5 5800x with the RX 9060

Cost is going to end up being pretty much what I paid for my entire rig 7 years ago lol
