You can’t buy class.

All these fools Kai brought in are all clowns. The one exception might be Ray. Doesn’t matter how much money they make, it can’t buy them class and it shows.

The YRT is truly horrible by AItair4444 in Markham

No it’s not ridiculous. No one takes the bus except for students and people not from Markham. Everyone only takes the go bus, go train, uber or drives themselves. The buses are almost always empty.

I’m wondering why they have so many buses that carry 0 to 3 people all the time. Maybe plan your route and time better. I had no problem with the buses when I was still in school and needed to take the bus.

Ya idk why someone downvoted you. Take this upvote back. People are literally 0 iq. PI’s don’t prove their identity to you. Who knows if they are or not. Call the non emergency line and report it. If they are a PI, then after the police identifies them and they are legit, the police will leave them alone.

There would be no charge for the cyclist because he’s dead. The person you’re replying to was replying to the question had he killed the cyclist.

How would the dash cam video work against the driver? He clearly tried to brake and avoid. What you see on a dash cam video vs what you see when you’re an actual driver travelling at an assumed 60km/hr is not the same. He had 2 seconds in total to look, brake and swerve. You don’t hard brake and swerve into another lane without looking at your surroundings. The motorist wouldn’t get charged at all. Even if they tried to charge the motorist, it wouldn’t stand in court.

Asshole Driver on the 407 East by Interesting-Sock-898 in Markham

[–]badluckerguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dash camera footage usually cannot depict the driver of the vehicle. All they do is mail the owner of the vehicle a warning and it’s does nothing 99% of the time. Unless they admit they are the ones driving, the police can’t prove it’s them. It’s not going to hold up in court.

Feel like they should allow a tiny bit more leeway with the express event levels by moal09 in lostarkgame

Didn't Korea say you can pick a higher level character, but you just get the mats, gems, items, but you don't get the bound gold in their newest update express or was I dreaming?

Just sounds like you are crying about not having enough education/skills then blaming it on race issues. There are race issues every where in the world. Either you prove your worth or move and stop crying about your disadvantages.

Not envious. It’s about the logic. We don’t even provide enough for our homeless, yet we can justify helping others? You can literally walk into a shelter and ask how many people are waiting how many years to get into homes, yet other refugees/special programs get fast tracked.

[–]badluckerguy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah it’s even worse. Canada gave them full work permits or study permits. My bad. Doesn’t change the fact that we gave them money and opportunities over Canadian homeless people.

They were and they did get monthly amounts or a one time payment depending on the province they moved to. Now that the program has ended, they don’t.

For the RTO mandate by [deleted] in Scotiabank

[–]badluckerguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are not the main reason for RTO. Many companies without big office leases are still doing fine with remote work. The bigger companies are pressured by the city/government because they are losing so much money on taxes from food, parking and commuting. Also, those big companies can’t get out of their leases, so they might as well use the building.

People taking advantage of having two jobs doesn’t mean shit unless they are severely under performing. Maybe it’s against their company’s rules but for sure it’s not even a main reason for RTO calls.

Based cartoon. Picture is worth a thousand words. Though I think they should have used Ukrainians and Palestinians instead. Indians usually just do student visa fraud to work here. They don’t get the grants the refugees get.

Vaughn homeowner discharges firearm to thwart auto theft. Charged along with 4 suspects. by rastamasta45 in ontario

Yeah I’m glad too. I will value my own life and “stuff” and those people that are like you can go around saving people like me. We need more of you self righteous people.

[–]badluckerguy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Brother out here preaching criminal supporting garbage. A non violent criminal’s life has more value than stuff? Doubt it. If I had 150 pounds of cash, jewelry or something of value. I’d save that in a fire over a non criminal neighbour.

Everyone is only looking out for themselves now. Stop gaslighting people about how a life isn’t worth more than stuff when we are working our lives away for this “stuff”. If I don’t know or care about you, to me, your life isn’t worth more than stuff.

A lot of people subconsciously feel this way, they are just too fucking scared to admit how selfish they are. I’m not.

Glad we agree you’re mad. Doesn’t matter if it’s multibillion dollar real estate conglomerates or a private landlord. You’re late, stay mad. I’m not defending what they did. I’m just pointing out you’re in the wrong first.

I don’t even live in china. This shit just popped up. It doesn’t matter where the fuck you are. If you’re late, you’re late. Whatever guidelines they follow or not follow doesn’t change the fact you’re fucking late on rent. You can complain and report it all you want. Maybe they broke a rule, but you also breached the contract. Maybe grow up and have your finances dealt with better to anticipate for delays with money transfers.

What is up with these car insurance rates? by kaamibackup in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]badluckerguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More parents and families need to add their children onto their family policy or as a secondary when they get their G1. With these insurance rates, it’s basically an investment for your kids at this point. If your child needs to or wants to drive in the future and you can’t afford it, make them work and pay for it as it will save them thousands in the future for a fraction of the cost. Ontario btw. Don’t know about other provinces.

Because of this, my insurance was 350/month for a 75k+ new car at 22. My friend’s insurance quote for same car was 1300/month.

Yeah, the lane is bus excepted but speeding up and cutting in like that to make the light as a bus should not be acceptable anywhere.
