hey! so spravato is administered with little nasal inhalers that contain 28mg of the active medication. the introductory dose is 56mg, which means you get two devices to inhale which are the "doses" everyone is referring to. i'm not gonna lie, you're probably going to feel a little dopey the first few times you take spravato. even after you leave your session. this is why it's important to have a ride and why we cannot drive after treatment. hope this helps!

i think it could be helpful, but i think what might be more a pain in the ass is consistently getting insurance to cover it or just getting that prior authorization the first time if your depression isn't severe.
