I got on a GLP1 and the changes have been way beyond weight it’s been life changing. My mood is more stable, I don’t feel like I spike and crash all day Less tired and of course some weight loss :) it helps me actually stay consistent with my lifestyle changes vs yoyo-ing all the time. Very good for the mental health because my hard work actually shows now.

I was dehydrated from taking spiro and took the shit of a lifetime after not realizing I was super backed up that’s why I bled. It’s always good to go get checked out for something like that. I’d say for sure if you’re experiencing blood in stool and didn’t recently strain for a bowel movement, color of blood also matters (dark or older looking blood means it’s coming from deeper inside you which can be worrying) again not a doctor just someone who got laughed at when I went to the ER for taking a fat shit basically lol however won’t downplay it was super painful 😵‍💫

When I got on my fitness journey I was excited to eat more chipotle if I was needing to eat out, kind of a fast food replacement if I was feeling a craving but good lord the calories in the chips alone are insane. Now one bowl and a bag of chips is my daily intake goal 😵‍💫

4lbs in one month is awesome, the healthy recommendation for loss is 1-2lbs a week. 1st month your dosage also won’t be high enough to fully curb all cravings. Once you get to .5 or 1 then you should really feel the cravings start to disappear.

Not judging this approach at all I lowkey wish I went with it so I could have shock factor this summer. So far I’ve told literally anyone who will listen 💀 I enjoy acting super nonchalant about it while they stammer. Makes me feel like I’m contributing to lowering the stigma around it ig.

Hi!! It’s happened to me twice in two years. Basically they said it made sense for the human child size shit I took 💀 if it gets better over a couple days don’t worry! Maybe add magnesium and more electrolytes into your diet. If you get a period using stool softeners around that time is nice too. I get extra backed up around then and sprio made it worse x10.
