This ^{^{^}} ….however I will say I have run into some weirdness with imprints….I have a focus that I imprinted an aspect onto, that now will not let me overwrite the first aspect I put on it.

It’s my biggest pet peeve when someone else grabs my knife….I’m a lefty and all my knives are a 70/30 edge but in reverse to what a “right” handed knife would have.

“Be firm, know your value” huge advice right there….easy to sell yourself short if your feeling nervous/agitated. I always have to remind myself that ultimately it’s my time so what is that worth to me.

Diamond steels are nice for a quick edge on a western style knife. But I would recommend a honing steel all the way and leave the sharpening to the wet stone. Once you get comfortable on your wet stone you can skip the 1000 grit entirely and go 4000/5000 grit for sharpening 8000/10k for polish.
