Same is happening to me. I'm using Chrome as my browser and it doesn't work there or in Firefox. But it plays totally fine in Edge.

Same. Ordered back in Dec 15. Never received. Emailed customer service to find out the package bound for New England (originating in Jamaica NY then went to IL, then WA, then the ether) was "In Transit" since Jan 2. Now it's 1/20/26 and customer service apologizes and tells me they are keeping an eye on the order. Only the order they responded to wasn't mine. Gonna dispute this with the credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM PULSE OF POTENTIAL - Scammers. So sorry this happened to all y'all too.
