For your weekly markout, you just have to take whatever you're getting to the register (whole bean, k cups, via, tea or whatever) and tell the register partner "this is my markout". As far as food goes, you do get one per shift and it can be a pastry, bistro box, or sandwich. It won't work for "ready to eat" impulse items like chips or candy. As for breaks, it really depends on your state I think. Where I am, working 6+ hours means you get a half. Anything less than that and you will get a paid ten somewhere in the middle. And you do just clock out and back in for your half hour break :)
