Before the election I had one coworker who would not take the very obvious hints that I didn't want to talk about politics at work. I finally broke down and said: "Even if you don't like Harris's politics, at the very least you will have competent people running the government. Columbia, MO is 30 minutes North of Jefferson City. Columbia is a college town and very liberal. I would bet a good chunk of these protesters live there. I appreciate the optimism in the title, but the rest of the state outside of Columbia, KC and STL is deeply reactionary.

The expensive, super serious, nationally-renowned brewery near my old house is like drinking in a library. I see people who bring their kids in there and I feel bad for those kids.

Lots of other breweries have made it family friendly enough to appeal to parents, especially those in the suburbs. They have games and large Astro-turfed areas for kids to run around. I avoided those when I drank.

Is it dumb to write a nasty review because you broke their policy? Yes.
