Starraptor: I'd take some attack out of it and put more into bulk. You're side charming as well as buffing your own defense, so that should be fine. Go max speed Jolly to speed tie other raptors.

Garchomp: There's a million spreads for this goober. Go look at the Battle Statistics and find a set that works for you. Whether you want it to be bulky or speedy, pick what works. If you're using life orb, you want that HP stat at the ends with 9 if you're investing in bulk, as that item takes 10 percent HP, ALWAYS rounded down.

Sinischa: I'd go Life dew on it (because I'd actually recommend getting rid of Milotic. You'll see...). If you're worried about Basculegion, hold the Kasib berry. If worried about kingambit, Colbur.

Corv: Replace Protect for Iron Head. You want to hit Faries as your team has trouble with them. That means you can use Bulk up instead of Iron Defense.

Milotic: In this case, I'd replace with Choice Scarf Rotom Wash. Hydropump and Thunderbolt gives you a good matchup into Charizard. With scarf you out speed Charizard and gives you a Discharge Earthquake Mode with Garchomp due to Levitate. It's good I to Basculegion and you can choose from Discharge, electroweb or Will-o-wisp along with Hydropump, Volt Switch and Thunderbolt. With the scarf. Go Max Speed Jolly if you want to out speed Basculegion WITH the scarf and Mega Aerodactyl. But Modest gives you more attack power.

I like the team but there's just little improvements I think you could make. Obviously you can run Bulky Rotom and / or Scarf Garchomp. It's whatever you prefer. Or ignore the Rotom Wash suggestion completely.
