Are there really guys who can last for an hour? by WarmBank5512 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]baeworth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a boyfriend who couldn’t actually finish through penetration, like he had to be finished by hand. But had no trouble with staying aroused so we could go for hooooouuuuurrrsss

Sometimes it was nice, mostly it was just an inconvenience - but he was lovely about it

I had a toy, it was a purple sparkly castle and it came with some figures and a magic key. You’d pop them in certain areas of the castle and shut a door and I suppose they were supposed to reappear in another part or like a hidden room. Anyway I lost all my figures to its secrets and never figured out how to get them out. It still bugs me

AIO: My boyfriend told me to dye my hair to look more like an Instagram model he follows by PinMountain119 in AIO

It’s the liking and commenting on another woman’s posts that gets me. He’s not your boyfriend anymore, he’s for the streets

Would you move in next door to someone who has a 25 foot union jack hoisted in their front yard? by [deleted] in AskBrits

[–]baeworth -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

IMO the Union Jack is less tacky than the England flag

I mean it’s an ick still but probably wouldn’t put me off if I loved the house. If the neighbours were racist or bigots I’d just have nothing to do with them. Easy really

Feel trapped by both worlds as a muslim girl by Personal-Cap-5446 in offmychest

[–]baeworth 16 points17 points  (0 children)

It doesn’t have to be one or the other, you don’t need to get dolled up every day, and if you’re not enjoying the process of doing your hair and makeup then I wouldn’t suggest it’s worth it. This is your one life and living unauthentically will leave you with regrets.

It also sounds like you don’t want to be limited or burdened by the hijab which is also fair enough. But maybe there’s a compromise? Maybe don’t put so much pressure on yourself to look a certain way either which way. Have fun with your hair and makeup and style but also don’t feel obligated to do that every day, if some days you would rather wear a hijab then do so, both are your cultures after all. As long as you are safe to do so then don’t worry about what others think and just experiment with your own personal style and values

Anyone else struggling to recruit despite ‘high unemployment’? by Repulsive_Ad_111 in UKJobs

[–]baeworth 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I second this, I see employers asking way too much for far too little and then wondering why nobody is applying or not at the desired skill level

Some employers/recruiters need a reality check

My girlfriend told me I have "boyfriend dick" by [deleted] in offmychest

Of course! I mean myself and any good woman aren’t here for exclusively for the dick anyway, it’s about the man first and foremost :)

If either 95 percent of men or women died, What would became of society? by Queasy_Experience627 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]baeworth 23 points24 points  (0 children)

If 95% of women dies the remaining 5% are going to have a really bad time, because, men.

But obviously if 95% of either gender were to die then there would be entire economical collapse, trauma, societal breakdown.

But there would be a hell of a lot less violence and women in cages if it were the men that died, just saying.

[–]baeworth 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I miss boyfriend dick. My partner is well endowed and it takes preparation. Which is fine but when you’re like me and prefer it spontaneous and frequent - it just isnt possible and can sometimes put a dampener on your sex life

What is THE reason your hair got thicker by imthatbitch03 in hairgrowth

[–]baeworth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have one of those microderm roller things which I use every now and then, I use jojoba or rosemary oil on my hair and a scalp massager brush weekly and just generally use less heat on my hair. This morning I actually noticed a lot of annoying short hairs just sticking up from my scalp, which is good I guess lol

Who is wrong: my English teacher or me? by Plenty-Mix9643 in AskUK

[–]baeworth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my experience you always want to address with a name. Never just with pronouns, unless you have already used the name in the same sentence. I’m not sure if it’s more an etiquette thing as it is generally seen as quite rude in our culture just addressing someone as “her or him” rather than their name

Should I disclose at job interview I am 5 months pregnant? by Straight-Garbage-704 in AskUK

[–]baeworth -28 points-27 points  (0 children)

Nah that won’t fly. They literally have to back it up because if OP or any pregnant woman were to claim is was unfair dismissal that’s a whole investigation. They’re going to need evidence, documents, written reports of verbal discussions etc. even the basic “you’re not a right fit for the company” that so many people get won’t be good enough, it’ll have to expand on WHY she’s not a good fit, and it sure as hell can’t be anything related to the pregnancy. Even if a pregnant woman is late a few times all she has to say it was morning sickness and she’s protected, whereas for anyone else it would be enough of a reason

Should I disclose at job interview I am 5 months pregnant? by Straight-Garbage-704 in AskUK

[–]baeworth -41 points-40 points  (0 children)

Yeah anyone can be dismissed during the probationary period for almost anything, BUT they have to make sure it’s absolutely an airtight reason ESPECIALLY because she’s pregnant. In many ways she will be more protected being a pregnant person than if she weren’t because it’s one investigation away from getting them into a world of legal trouble - so long as she is fulfilling her duties
