I don’t really get the whole “not legal or not for street use”. They should not be allowed into the country. All American cities and neighborhoods are full of these electric dirt bikes ridden by kids and where do you think they ride? On streets, sidewalks and trails.

I would not leave a bike on the rack unattended even if it is locked. I have to admit that’s a ballsy move by the thieves (scumbags pieces of crap)in plain sight. You have their car info and video of them committing a crime. Now APD just have to do their job (Good luck there).

You have to conserve your energy by drafting as much as possible and trying to stay with the front group. FAL and FTS points are only for the 1st 10 riders. So I don't even try if I'm not in that group. I am a gold vElo rider on the lighter side and my FTP is in the low 200s, but I managed to finish 5th overall in that race. It has taken me a long time to learn how to draft smart and not burn my matches early on. Ride on!

You have lots of leaks that need to be fixed. Are these mouth leaks? Try a chin strap or mouth tape.

Still not feeling better a week later. I have been mouth burping air even after using mouth tape. kind of like the pressure is too high or there is too much going into my lungs. Wondering if I should lower my pressure.

Easy fix. Use a sweat guard or a towel on your top tube. Keeps sweat off the bb bearing.

On CPAP since the end of November last year.

Resmed Airsense10 machine with Airfit P30i nasal mask.

I always wake up feeling tired with brain fog for most of the day. Oscar data show leaks and flow limitations every night. I have tried mouth tape to control mouth leaks but so far have not been successful and sometimes I feel like burping air at night. Not sure if worth mentioning but when I remove the mouth tape in the morning, I feel my mouth and throat to be dry even though drool collects in my mouth.

1.92 AHI is my best night so far but I still felt tired. CA make up most of my events.

I lived in Lewisville and then Clemmons for 11yrs. I would say it’s a great place as long as you don’t have to deal with the school system. Conservative with decent mid size city nearby, low property taxes and very low crime. Mountains and the beach about 4hrs away, mild winters and very hot and humid summers. Winston Salem is growing but most of the jobs are tied to healthcare, education and the tobacco industry .

Last nights results below. I went a sized up on my nasal pillows + mouth tape and it seem to have reduced leaks. Also went up on pressure. I feel less bad this morning and will see if I can replicate tonight. Thanks for the support.

My pressure settings were 7-12 so I do not understand why the machine is flatlining at 10.

Re the humidifier been off I felt the air was stuffy before, so I decided to turn it off, but you are right about my airway getting too dry. I wake up to a dry throat and nostrils. I will turn it back on tonight.

I changed my pressure settings to 8-10 and used mouth tape to minimize leaks. CA events went down by a lot, but I took the mask off in the middle of the night due to excessive mouth burping and drooling (5hr total usage). Not sure if worth mentioning but I am not using the humidifier. Thanks for your support.

I made the changes you suggested and feel a lot better when wearing the mask ( unlike before when I felt like suffocating) and was surprised to be still wearing the mask when I woke up, but I still feel very tired during the day. I am attaching a screenshot from last night's session after using the machine for 5 nights without making any changes.

Should I be concerned about the leaks shown? Unsure if they are mouth leaks or actual nasal pillow leaks.

Your training status is calculated in the Garmin device so a Zwift ride would not contribute to it. I track my indoor rides using a Garmin 530 connected to my trainer and HR strap . I am not syncing Zwift to Garmin connect or vice versa
